In the heart of Spili, beneath the plane trees and next to the village’s flowing waters, lies our tavern. A family-run establishment, created with simplicity and respect for Cretan hospitality, just as we have come to know and experience it every day.
Since 2006, we have been preparing dishes based on local cuisine and the produce of our region. Simple, familiar, and authentic recipes, with an emphasis on flavor, quality ingredients, and the care each dish requires to be served just right.
Spili is not just a beautiful village in Crete. It is a place steeped in history, with people and character. We want to keep that spirit alive in our tavern—without exaggeration or tourist clichés, but in the way the village truly lives.
