Since 2006, we have been preparing dishes based on local cuisine and the produce of our region. Simple, familiar, and authentic recipes, with an emphasis on flavor, quality ingredients, and the care each dish requires to be served just right.<\/p>\n
Spili is not just a beautiful village in Crete. It is a place steeped in history, with people and character. We want to keep that spirit alive in our tavern\u2014without exaggeration or tourist clich\u00e9s, but in the way the village truly lives.<\/p>\n
